In the writing test, the other 75% comes from your ideas, vocabulary and essay organisation. In the speaking test, the 75% comes from your fluency and coherence, vocabulary and pronunciation. Why not spend more time on those things instead of worrying so much about grammar?

سوالات چند گزینه‌ای لیسنینگ پارت دو، سه و چهار

    بهترین اما زمانبرترین راه ممکن، خواندن سوال و همه گزینه ها و زیر کلمات کلیدی آنها خط کشیدن است.

    راه بعدی اینست که فقط سوال را بخوانیم و زیر واژگان کلیدی آن خط بکشیم و به گزینه ها نگاه نکنیم. در حین گوش دادن جواب را کنار سوال بنویسم (حتی به فارسی) بعد در سی ثانیه آخر که زمان چک کردن است، با یکی از گزینه ها تطبیق دهیم.

    راه سوم خواندن سوال و چشم دوختن به گزینه a و b و حذف کلی گزینه های c است. در این صورت اگر در حین گوش دادن یکی از دو گزینه اول را شنیدیم، همان جواب است، در غیر اینصورت پاسخ چیزی است که نشنیده ایم: یعنی گزینه c!

    شیوه چهارم اینست که به هیچ سوال یا گزینه ای نگاه نکنیم و فقط گوش فرا دهیم و نوت برداریم و کاملاً متن را درونی کرده و بفهمیم. بعد در سی ثانیه آخر یا حتی ده دقیقه آخر لیسنینگ از روی نوت های خود یا درک کلی جواب دهیم.(ریسک این شیوه بسیار بالاست اما سرعت بی نظیری هم به شما میدهد).

کلا هر چه در چهار استراتژی فوق از بالا به پایین می‌آییم، سرعت بهتر میشود و دقت کمتر. در تمامی شیوه های فوق باید نوت برداری یا jot down را حین لیسنینگ انجام دهیم.

توصیه می‌شود با هفت تست لیسنینگ کتاب “آیلتس پلاس سه” هر چهار مورد فوق را امتحان کنید و شیوه‌ای که نتایج بهتری برای شما به ارمغان می آورد را انتخاب نمایید.

نکته: توصیه می شود که ابتدا دانش زبان انگلیسی و پایه واژگانی و کالوکیشن خود را تقویت کنید، سپس از چهار استراتژی فوق بهره ببرید.

As we mentioned in our previous lesson, students with good fluency speak smoothly, not quickly. It is a common misconception that good fluency means very rapid speech.

If you listen to how native English speakers talk, they do not normally speak very quickly. Listen to native speakers on the radio, news or movies and this will give you a good idea about how quickly they speak.

Trying to speak too quickly in any language will cause a loss of coherence because your brain simply can’t keep up with your mouth. Combine this with speaking in a second language under exam conditions and the result is going to be a loss of coherence and lots of mistakes.

Solution– Focus on speaking calmly and smoothly. Listen to native speakers and try to copy their pace of speech.

This will not only help your fluency, but will also give you more time to think of ideas and find the correct grammar and vocabulary.
